  • Should you need to cancel

    CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we do request cancellation before 48 hours of your appointment. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% of the appointment booked cancellation fee does apply and will be charged to the card on file.

  • Should you need an adjustment

    SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY: We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue at no additional charge within 14 days of the original appointment date. Please note that we do not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with haircut or color. ALL SERVICES/SALES ARE FINAL

  • Should you not show up

    NO SHOW POLICY: Same day cancellations or rescheduling less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment or a “no show” (failure to show) will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge to the card placed on file at time of booking.

  • Children's Policy

    Regardless of age each client has a one hour minimum, and children under 13 must be accompanied by someone not having a service done.
